Morning: Journey to Kandy and Sigiriya

  • 6:00 AM: Early morning pick-up from your location and depart for Kandy.

  • 9:30 AM: Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) in Kandy.
    • Explore this UNESCO World Heritage site, which houses the sacred tooth of the Buddha.
    • Learn about the temple’s historical and religious significance.
  • 11:00 AM: Continue to Sigiriya.
    • Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a 5th-century marvel with stunning views and ancient frescoes.
    • Ascend the rock for panoramic views of the surrounding jungle and the remains of the royal palace.
  • 1:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant (optional, not included).
  • 2:00 PM: Head to Dambulla Cave Temple (Golden Temple of Dambulla).
